I have definde a new closed “Area” with some points for a parking area.
But the embedded OSM map editor does not offer any “area type” for “Parking”?
How to proceed?
If you use I’d online editor draw an area (not a closed line), select it and choose parking on the left side.
Otherways add the key=value tag amenity=parking on the lower left table.
Search in wiki for more information about used tag and more detailed tagging.
