Lately users have been reporting that SVG exports of the Standard layer are brok…en: * https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/problems-exporting-svg-as-a-standard-map-layer/143842 * https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/when-we-download-svg-files-from-open-street-map-its-is-incomplete-in-illustrator/144194 I can reproduce this issue. For example, [Tunnel Island at z19](https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/37.070876/-121.157004) is very simple, but the resulting SVG weighs 3.8 megabytes and fills neither the island nor the surrounding reservoir. [This intersection](https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=18/39.299416/-84.210205) is a little more complex, but only the labels appear. I recall that these SVGs used to come out better, but it’s been a while. Did we upgrade either component recently by any chance?
