Is this correctly tagged as landuse:farmyard or should it be retagged to something else?
It certainly doesn’t look like a farm from the Bing satellite imagery.
Doing a bit of internet sleuthing, this is in fact a business that sells soil. Garden soil, for, like, flower beds and pots and such. Hamilton - Greenhorizons Sod Farms | Big Yellow Bag

I do think it is Greenhorizons, I don’t think you can go there and buy stuff from them, I think you have to order it and get it delivered, I don’t know if that matters.
They also sell sod (grass)

According to their website they sell sod, loose soil, loose mulch, bagged soil, bagged grass seed, bagged fertilizer, and other miscellaneous supplies, for pickup. They also do delivery; in part what helped me suss out what this place is was the “Big Yellow Bag” currently in my neighbour’s front yard. 
They’ll deliver “Big Yellow Bags”, but a customer can also buy a “mini-tote” of soil for their flower pots and such.
Absent someone else’s suggestion, I think shop=garden_centre makes the most sense. It just so happens to be a very specialized “garden centre”.
