What is this type of bicycle parking called?

Do we have a tag for this type of bicycle parking?

I would think these are a type of ‘wall loop’:

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:bicycle_parking

Reasons:

  • Not always attached to walls
  • Secures only the front (or back) wheel
  • “The key definitional criterion is the use of narrow “slots” that stabilize both sides of a single bicycle wheel, without providing support to the bicycle frame.”

but there aren’t any loops?
IMHO these are similar to ground_slots although different because the slots are not in the ground

That’s a great example of identifying parking infrastructure by function rather than by form it’s helpful to clarify what these bike racks are commonly called.
I also stumbled upon another thread that discusses how to map complex parking setups (like a mix of stand types and capacities) more accurately: https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/bicycle-parking-with-different-areas-types-of-parking-and-capacity/94450
Exploring solutions from that thread like clustering nodes or using capacity tags might offer ideas on how we can better tag and render these specialized bicycle racks.

GuardedBear’s list is “missing” a bit of text on the third item. (Bold by me)

key feature of the “wall loop” style is not that the rack is mounted to a wall. Instead, the key definitional criterion is the use of narrow “slots” that stabilize both sides of a single bicycle wheel

So I would go for wall_loops
