Today l installed Vespucci in my phone and l got absolutely thrilled. What stunning imagery !!
This is actually my house region according to the app, but the images aren’t exact. What is the source of Vespucci’s imagery ??
There isn’t a single source, rather a list of available imagery that varies by location.
What does the layers menu say? I have selected PNOA Spain, obviously that will be different for you
I think you would have selected from a list like this to add the imagery to start with:

You have an identifier for the satellite imagery provider you are using in the bottom left of the screen. The logo belongs to ESRI Aerial. Additionally, the 3-bar (hamburger) icon in the upper right displays the base maps and active layers.

The standard image configuration is from ELI GitHub - osmlab/editor-layer-index: A unified layer index for OSM editors. · GitHub but you can alternatively use JOSM as a source.
The info modal will show you what we know about the source. You can access it either with the (i) button on the imagery selection dialog or from the overflow menu of the layer configuration.

Thanks to all of you. I’ve just installed the app. Need some time to figure it out.
I need to figure out what each of those buttons do.
Meanwhile, l’m making local edits on my OM app. I would be able to upload these only when the feature would be developed by the app creator.
