Why wouldn’t you keep residential?
Side note, I feel that you should screenshot imagery that we are actually allowed to use for mapping.

I screenshoted google maps because google maps have better quality, also i never said that I have used google maps for mapping.
“Better quality” is not an argument here. I think it’s safer not to refer to Google Maps in this community forum. Maybe I’m wrong, but what you’re doing is using it for mapping, and that violates the Google Maps Terms of Service.

Expanding on the original Q & A …
Yes, leave the street itself as =residential. Actual driveways running from the street into individual properties e.g. where the red car is at the bottom, or beside the place just visible at the top, would be highway=service + service=driveway (& I also tag them as access=private, but there’s some discussion about that!)

I think that street is highway=residential too
