I’ve created https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Relation:traffic_mirror&oldid=3087441 based on the proposal and created or updated the other pages mentioned in the proposal.
I hope that the introduction of the wiki article explains the essence of the relation and some points that were mentioned during the voting process. The rest of the wiki article is a 1:1 copy of the text of the proposal.
The next step should be to draft a proposal for improving Tag:highway=traffic_mirror - OpenStreetMap Wiki based on the issues mentioned during the discussion.
