In the help category, it would be great if posts in a topic could be sorted by likes, and not only chronologically. This would allow casual visitors to get answers quickly and to avoid to read discussion and comment posts.
It sounds like one would need a plugin to accomplish this? Discourse Post Sorting Customizer - plugin - Discourse Meta . Are plugins an option in this instance?
Similarly, it would be great if
an answer could be marked as the solution to the help question
a topic could be marked as solved
there was a way to list unsolved questions
Again, there seems to be a plugin for this: Discourse Solved (Accepted answer plugin) - plugin - Discourse Meta

I believe the help & support category has already been configured this way. Itβs a setting on category level. Maybe give it a try β¦

Thanks! One can see how the accepted answers work in This forum issues and requests - OpenStreetMap Community as long as the Help and Support category doesnβt have any posts, yet.
