I have notified OSM of an erroneous street name.
It seems this has been corrected.

on https://openstreetmap.org using the standard view: minutes, using Ctrl-F5 or Ctrl-R (refresh your browser’s cache).
That depends on the applications and their “update” behaviour. Can be hours to months.

in some cases (from obvious like printed maps to less obvious like never-updated displays in trains and buses) never
in some cases update are live within minutes
OSM releases to data consumers minutely updates, with new listed once every 60 seconds
Just FYI, I’m pretty sure it’s Ctrl+Shift+R, and if you just press Ctrl+R it’s a normal refresh.
And if I’m wrong, someone will surely correct me.
Edit: just to give some kind of useful info, in Organic Maps for example they create a map update every time they update the app, which is about once a month.
When you say “I have notified…” what did you actually do?

maps.me is dead/on life support - no idea is it updating data and on what schedule
Organic Maps is a superior replacement, fork made by some original developers - and it updates map data monthly
OSM has no control over that. You would have to contact the MAPS.ME developers.
It should perhaps also be noted that MAPS.ME was forked into “Organic Maps” (I believe by some of the original developers), and that development of MAPS.ME did stall for a while. Perhaps it has started up again - I do not know.
With any apps that update map data “at new app release”, you will at least need to wait for that.
Im addition, it sounds from the message above that you have not added any data to OSM, only notes, so you will also need to wait for someone to add your POIs to OSM, if no-one has done that already - although you can of course do that yourself.
Edit: It looks like a map edit was done for you 12 days ago.
