Went to visit on the Android tablet with Firefox and both layers show there fine too.
If SVG and Vector are same then I may have found some pointers in the console

Reading around Firefox has supported SVG since longer, not finding anything in the settings giving pointer. Tried switching off all webbrowsing security but to no avail.
