I just read the propsal for a new license. And I like that page a lot it’s very easy to read and I really think it captures the geist of OSM… Even now I think it’s a good guideline for OSM data usage.
Hopefully we can change the license at some point (there’s a board meeting on 22nd of may, lets hope they solve it… ;-))
