Hello. I wanted to post something on Users:India but it seems it is inactive and I can’t reply to my old topics or create new ones.
I understand some users are needed to adopt it?

Yes, the categories under “Migration” are from the old forum and are set to read-only. They will be migrated into a new “community” once sufficient people are there who want to run it.
Have a look here on how to do that.
