User closes map notes

The user Notes submitted or commented on by Paulina Salinas | OpenStreetMap closed 50 map notes in Ecuador and France without any apparent reason. Maybe someone can help with re-opening them all/reverting and contacting them? I don’t speak any Spanish.

I’ve reopened some of these notes and reported this user: only closing notes but not a single change on the map.

this is not wrong by itself, if closures would be valid it would be fine

though still weird and strongly suggesting that mapper created extra account just for note solving for weird reason

but I have seen someone create account, close bunch of vandal notes and do nothing else (which was a helpful contribution!)

but yes, most note closures from zero-edit accounts are wrong and probably should not be possible for zero-edit accounts to close notes

That’s right, but the cause of all notes that I reopened wasn’t fixed or really commented on.

I do not oppose mass-revert in this case

just tried to comment on that “only closing notes but not a single change on the map.” is not ground to revert by itself
