Updates not updating

I live in Arkansas. Before I knew better, I changed most of AR 5 to AR-5. To the best of my knowledge, I changed each section back to AR 5. The issue is that I can search for AR-5 worldwide. Some of the ones named AR 5 show. Does anybody have any idea why. Yes, I saved the changes just in case that was the issue. I am at a loss.
If somebody gives me a reason why, I will appreciate it. You have my thanks.

I’d suggest searching using taginfo - https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/ref=AR-5 and https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/ref=AR%205 . You can click through to “overpass turbo” to see where those things are.
