Unable to see who has left "thumbs up" feedback?

It’s always been a thing that if only :+1: feedback has been left on a post, then mousing over that icon it didn’t show who had left it e.g. Importing data from company owners using the Rocketdata service - #4 by fortera_au

There was a work around that you could mouse over the 3 dots, which would then show you those users, but this appears to have stopped happening?

Mousing over those dots now only lets you set a bookmark for that post.

Is there now any way of seeing who has done it?

At least on mobile, if you click the 3 (the number of thumbs up) rather than the thumbs up icon itself, i still see the users in a little pop-up
