Unable to Export off OSM

Hi I exported 1 section of map but tried to do another and it keeps coming up with this

Application error
The OpenStreetMap server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request (HTTP 500)

Feel free to contact the OpenStreetMap community if your problem persists. Make a note of the exact URL / post data of your request.

This may be a problem in our Ruby On Rails code. 500 occurs with exceptions thrown outside of an action (like in Dispatcher setups or broken Ruby code)

It’s been happening to me since yesterday. Any help appreciated thanks

indeed, we need more details about your aims!

What area are you interested in to get the raw OSM data from? and what export function did you use?

Hint: if you need raw OSM data for large areas like whole countries you better download that files from providers like geofabrik.de or cloudemade.com and then do some filtering or cropping.
