Umap - Can't download image with OSM Forte

Hi everyone,

I was trying to download an image (png or jpg) in Umap using the OSM Forte background (in any language, EN FR or AR), but it gave me only a white background. Other layers (e.g., gpx paths) are shown correctly, but not the background. If I try with other backgrounds (e.g., OSM Dark Matter and CyclOSM), they work correctly.

Is it a problem with OSM Forte? Any idea on how this can be solved?

What do you mean by “download an image in umap” ?

Forte layer can be slow to render from time to time, this may be an explanation.

Thanks for the reply! If OSM Forte is slow, this could explain it (maybe the request goes into some timeout and returns nothing).

What I meant is: when I go to the sharing options and select the png (or jpg) download (see below, left part), but then, what I download is something like this (right part):
