We just found that when choosing satellite view Ucraine got a new not so nice name , can this be fixed ? Don’t know if this is the correct place for asking but the only one I found.
Are they even using OSM data?
I do not see such vandalism on OSM Deep History of Ukraine object.

I don’t really know , in the “normal” map it is the correct name , this is only in satellite view. Is that not OSM also ?
I have no idea where you see this map.
It may be OSM-based, it may be OSM-based modified to add insults, it may come from other source.
We use OSM in our webportal for customers but seems like the satellite view is from another source so problem probably there. Anyway thanks for taking time to answer me.
So, yes it was OSM data and it is fixed and once this layer ingests new data it will be fixed also in this display.
Sadly, it may be necessary to put even more restrictions/monitoring due to these troll accounts.

Do you have some estimate on when it will be back to “normal” again ?
it depends entirely on update process of this layer
OpenStreetMap published updates minutely, so with maximum of 60 seconds of delay
how this updates are processed depends on data consumers - some data consumers process updates live, some once a day, some once a week or even more rarely
