Eventually found shop=security, but noticed teh comment on it’s talk page: Talk:Tag:shop=security - OpenStreetMap Wiki
Different “types” of security shop would seem to make sense!
Simple way would seem to be shop=security + security=“fire_safety” / “cameras” (“surveillance”?) / “alarms” / “screens”

Are door, shutter, and window in the same veins as other security equipment? And fire safety is another thing, overlapping with personal protection equipment, which are covered by =safety_equipment
Your example has “security doors” that resemble rugged home doors. Seems overlapping with shop=doors etc as a specialization or selling through security.
