TxDOT Roadbed Surface Data

The paved vs unpaved data in Texas needs A LOT of work. Wondering if it’s possible to use source data from this site?

Looks like the South Texas Mountain Bikers own that data so I’m guessing it is not publicly licensed. However, if it came from TxDOT you might be able to secure the proper access.
