Two ways with same position: how to resolve?

there’s only one object there, not two. Using two objects allows us to say things about both the school and the fence.

yes, there is one object, a fenced school, but that’s not a problem if you want to say something about the fence, you could do it nonetheless, e.g. fence_type=* or fence:height etc.

Not that I think it is desirable but it doesn’t prevent unambiguous tagging of details.
