Tracing Google Map/Earth's map. Is it legal?

Hi,

I found the Yahoo’s Aerial satellite is older than Google Map/Earth has.

If I take the map from Google, and make tracing and convert to GPX, and then upload to OSM, will it be consider as legal?

It’s possibly legal, but it’s not allowed. Don’t do it.
