Tool for drawing on OSM maps needed

Hi,

I would like to add airspace information to OpenStreetMaps data. I thought, the easiest way would be to have a tool that allows me to just paint my airspaces (line, rectangles, circles) over an OSM powered background. As the airspaces are defined on GPS coordinated, I am looking for a tool where I can draw in GPS coordinates rather than exporting the map to a bitmap.

I would also like to keep the map rather vector based, too.

Actually, GoogleEarth would do exactly what I need, but - obviously - with the wrong data/maps

Preferred OS would be Linux (Ubuntu), but I take what I can get.

any ideas, how this could be accomplished?

thanks,

bye
me.

Hi,

this should be possible with OpenLayers.
See http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Openlayers for more information.
