This month TomTom is sharing the United States - Inconsistent Layer Tagging on Highways challenge with 500 tasks. This challenge focuses on highway features, mostly bridges and tunnels. In most cases, the layer value is incorrect or may be missing. In other situations, the layer value may correct but the layer extent may no longer be correct due to objects being moved.
In the example shown below the layer=-1 which is not expected for a highway at surface level.
As always you may encounter false positives, so feel free to mark the tasks as Already Fixed or Not an Issue.
