Hi All,

In July 2026, TomTom has one challenge to share for Canada - Potential Missing Roundabout or Circular Junction Tags with 512 tasks. In this challenge, the goal is evaluate circular highway features for the potential addition of junction=roundabout or junction=circular. In some cases, the location may be a candidate for the addition of highway=mini_roundabout tagging.

As always you may encounter false positives, so feel free to mark those tasks as Already Fixed or Not an Issue as needed.

However:
junction=turning_loop like this one are flagged as missing junction info, but should not. Most of these cases are in Quebec province, mostly around Montreal, because we mapped them as so.
Can you remove junction=turning_loop from the challenge?

I confirmed that the tasks with junction=turning_loop have been removed from the challenge. It reduced the task count 512 to 391.

I completed all in Quebec. I also found some other circular loops that were missing the junction tag, but that were not flagged by the task. Maybe you should re-run it?

Can you share the ids of those other loops you found? I can then check if those ids are detected when it’s re-run.
