It looks to me as though it is labelled “保存”.

This is a known bug in iD that the developer team has not been able to reproduce properly, I’m afraid.

As some comments suggest there it might be certain features you added that cause the problem. For the future it’s probably a good strategy to upload changes more frequently with less changes.

OK. I see what you mean. All I can say is that it does appear in the English language user interface for iD.

Personally I use JOSM for any serious editing, and that allows work in progress to be saved locally.
