I went on OpenStreetMap website, I added an wall and the tiles are not rendering, Any ideas?

It is because of caching. Give it a few minutes or part of the day. Sometimes doing a refresh like @milet suggested works. If you do Shift + [click refresh] it will force a refresh without using the cache.
