The "OSM Standard tile layer" looks wrong (white lines, abusive comments etc.)

Would it be possible to invoke this for the time range 20240614T2057 to 20240614T2253 ? The DWG is getting reports of “vandalism, and I’ve cleared my browser cache and it is still there”.
