A new version of the Thailand map is available at http://berniesmaps.de/Thailand.zip
Some elevation contour lines are included, mainly for the South.
In QLandkarte, use “osmmap.tdb” without elevation contour lines, and “osmmap_ele.tdb” with elevation contour lines.
If you want to use the map on your Garmin device, execute “_MakeThaiGarminMap.bat” which will generate the gmapsupp.img file.
The style files were essentially taken from OpenMBTMap (see http://openmtbmap.org/)) while the TYP file is based on VeloMap (http://www.velomap.org/).
