Tagging a car park that is only for disabled visitors and staff

How would I tag a car park that is only for disabled visitors and staff? I’ve attached a photo for context

amenity=parking
access=private
disabled=yes

access sets general access rights (unless more-specific vehicle class tag is present), and disabled is exactly such tag which explicitly allows disabled persons to park there, regardless of that more general tag.

The net effect is that both car park employees (i.e. private) and disabled persons can park there.

You may use disabled=customers instead of disabled=yes (or disabled=designated) if disabled persons which are not going to actually visit are forbidden to park there (the sign might be saying that, but interpreting the exact meaning is likely country specific)

see Key:disabled - OpenStreetMap Wiki and Key:access - OpenStreetMap Wiki for details

Also, there’s private=employees to clarify who the private-access lot is reserved for.
