StreetView Coming To Israel?

Technically needs to be approved by the ministry of whatever but the question is, could we use it to read names of streets and tag points of interest in OSM?
I Don’t know if it would be allowed legally anyway…

It all depends on Google’s license.
Google’s license usually doesn’t permit such use.

Seems like it’s not allowed.
As far as I see there is no separate license for street view, so the license of Google maps applies here.
And there is no license to use Google Maps for mapping.
