Alas, “making changes without discussion” is something that this user has done before.
Given the history, if something looks wrong, I’d revert to the status quo ante and suggest that they discuss more widely before making it again.
That said, a stopped clock is right twice a day, so (after discussion) it might make sense to keep that wiki page change - but we do need to talk about it first.
