Soviet military maps

Hello,

Im looking for maps for the Taurus-Mountains. There are some old soviet military maps. I found them 2 years ago on a russian website and downloadet it. The website is not available anymore and i dont know how to get information about the licence of the maps I got.
http://www.topomapper.com/ is using similar soviet maps. But also there I cant find information about the licence.

Can anyone help me to find out a other source or informations about the licence? How old are these maps?

You can also ask in the russian sub forum, maybe there you can get more information.
