Source link cannot be opened and can't find any source regarding highway

Hello!
As I was checking out motorways around Albania, I found one that was named “Autostrada Elbasan-Berat”.
Strangely, I have never heard of this motorway or have found any source of it, and the source that is put (https://pdf.usaid.gov/pdf_docs/PA00W75C.pdf) does not work.
Should I keep checking for more sources or should I remove it?

As this way has been entered 5 years ago as “proposed” and apparently nothing has happened since then and you cannot verify it you can just delete it. See also the wiki page for highway=proposed.

given that it is in Albania and link is to US government website it does not look like a great source anyway

Wayback Machine recorded it BTW, but it is in language unfamiliar to me - so maybe it is copy of official Albanian plans?

For such objects my strategy is to ask in changeset comment are there any up-to date serious construction plans and to put rechecking remainder month into future and delete it then (unless it turns out to be actually planned with real chance to be built)

though given " I have never heard of this motorway or have found any source of it" - I think it is also fine to delete it, ideally also commenting on changeset of person/people who added it (assuming that you did serious attempt to find Albanian motorway construction plans)

note that motorway is built nearby according to OSM - maybe they just changed planned route slightly? It seems vanishingly unlikely that they plan to build two parallel motorways

Funny story, another Albanian motorway called “Bypass Elbasan” is surprisingly still proposed and there are sources of it being planned. It’s been like that for years already so I wouldn’t be surprised if this was an actual motorway. I will delete it as there is no source whatsoever and the PDF was removed either way. Thanks alot!

They probably just changed plans and nobody knew, so I will just delete it. Thanks alot! (as for the PDF, i checked it and it was nothing related to motorways, it’s just investments and information about Elbasan).
