We will be losing our 2nd hosting location in Winterthur at the end of the year. Nobodies fault, the actual building is being repurposed outside of the control of both the hoster and ours.
Our current requirements are limited to a single 2 unit high server, but some potential for expansion would be nice.
If you have a suggestion or a contact for a replacement in the larger Zürich area please get in contact with us.
If there is no solution yet:
How about hosting at ETHZ or Swich? Keywords could be: FOSS community, geography, etc.
If I’m not mistaken, ETHZ runs FOSS Mirror (e.g. Debian)
Or if you have a ‘nice argumentation’ why OSM and AI are a perfect match, how about other universities or universities of applied sciences?

There are a number of reasons why neither the ETHZ nor SWITCH would be suitable.
I would note that way back we asked SWITCH if they would mirror the OSM planet dump and they were not interested at all (quite reasonably though).
PS: disclosure, depending on how you count, I was employee #5 or #6 of SWITCH.
