There are some roads that I see on google maps and I know the existance but I cant see it in open street map . What can I do about it? Maybe I can give coordinates so they add? Or is there updated version for the map?
Hello and welcome to the Community
The fastet way is to register an account at osm.org and then start editing the place where the road is missing. You can choose from different aerials that we are allowed to use (we are absolutely not allowed to use google images).
Use the built in tutorial of the editor and maybe check out learnosm.org

There isn’t really a ‘they’ in the OpenStreetMap project. This geodatabase/map is being created by thousands of volunteers world wide (and some people being paid by big company’s).
as silversufer mentioned, the best way is to register and become part of the mapping community. New volunteers with local knowledge are very helpful.
Another way is visiting OSM.org, finding said area and leaving a ‘note’ by clicking the second to last button on the right and then on the location of the map. But depending on how active the local community is, this might take a very long time (if whole roads are missing, it’s likely there isn’t a very active community I’m the area yet).
Agree with what the others have said but have to mention that, due to their licence restrictions, you can’t copy details from any Google Mapping product (Maps, Streetview, Earth etc) to then add to OSM.
Going out & spotting e.g. a street name, yourself is fine though!
Numerical imagery (e.g. the PICC, GRB, and UrbIS in Belgium) can also be used if available, appropriately licensed and accurate enough
