My son is trying to register on the openstreetmap.org website with an email using our family domain (I can provide it as MP) but never receives the confirmation email. Here is what we tried to better understand the issue:
- ask for email to be sent again after 5 minutes: no email received
- try to create another account, with a different email on the same domain, from a different computer: no email received
- try to create another account, with a different email in @gmail.com, from a different computer: confirmation email received.
The domain name, and specifically his address, are receiving emails regularly without any known issue.
How can I troubleshoot this further?
