Hello OSM Slovenia,
Today I am announcing: Slovenia - Inconsistent Layer Tagging on Highways.
This challenge is all about giving some love to our highway features, particularly bridges and tunnels. We’re looking to fix any missing or incorrect layer tags on these elements. Having these tags solved will improve the quality of OSM data, which ultimately means safer and more reliable routing for everyone using the map, whether they’re local drivers or global travelers.
If a task is already fixed, mark it as “Already Fixed,” and if no changes are needed, select “Not an Issue.”
On a related note, I really enjoyed the OSGeo Slovenia event last week. It was fantastic to see the presentations and discussions. I also had the chance to present how TomTom is thinking about closer collaboration with the OSM community here. I sensed the community might be smaller or perhaps prefers a more focused, quieter approach to editing, which is totally fine and understandable, if anyone would like to have a conversation on a group/community level but also on an individual basis, please do not hesitate to connect.
