Certainly moi has not known of any other delimiters than the comma and semicolon in OSM world and slash being wined over by I think Osmose and Keepright when used on e.g. named junction nodes with multiple destinations where some (still) use the slash here in Italy anno 2024 i.e. not only in far away countries ;o).
