I disabled it for single road where mapper for some reason both claims that sidewalk=no and sidewalk=none are equivalent but they wanted specifically sidewalk=none to be tagged there
few thousands cases remains, mostly sidewalk=none highway=path and sidewalk=none highway=footway
No idea what these are supposed to mean and I have not edited those, as planned.
Some additional validation may be performed as part of making this edit (building=house sidewalk=none or highway=footway sidewalk=none may be not retagged)
