I have a question about whether I should add a temporary shop that is setup in a parking lot (Connon Nursuries), they set up a shop every summer and they have a few locations (I know they setup in the Meadowlands Power Centre and Lime Ridge Mall, and possibly some other locations)

And would I tag it as a garden centre?
Similarly there is a motorcycle driving school, fireworks shop, and a windshield repair shop that are sometimes in lime ridge mall parking lot.
And the Home Depot in the Meadowlands Power Centre also has a garden centre during the summer.

If it’s in there own carpark, no I wouldn’t map it.
As for other carparks, there are a few questions:
how long is the temporary shop there?
is the “tent” there all of that time?
are they in the same spot each year?
The usual cut-off for “temporary” things in OSM is 6 months, so if less than that, again, no, personally, I wouldn’t map them.

If those tents are not permanent (like in autum/winter it’s used as normal carpark) I would go for the temporary namespace.
Otherwise just like a normal shop with opening hours.
