“Metallurgy products” seems like an imprecise translation. “Metallurgy” is the study and/or production of metals and their alloys. For such a production site I would tag it landuse=industrial, industrial=metal_processing.
For a shop that sells finished metal products—which is more what the description sounds like—I would tag it shop=building_materials.
