Searching for latitude,longitude in openstreetmap.org does not work

Wiki search page states that searching strings like ‘52.18,0.20’ should result in location with that latitude/longitude, but it does not work Some internal ruby script fails when such string is searched. The bug is reproducible.

Judging by Search talk page, this bug has been around for at least 4 months.

Please confirm this is already reported in the TRAC website. If not, please create a ticket describing the problem.
