While browsing the map, I could not find the satellite images. I can only see it in edit mode
not in map layers either
how will i see satellite images ?
What software are you using?
Assuming you’re looking on the openstreetmap.org website, it doesn’t have imagery except in the editor. For the most part, the background layers you’re seeing in edit mode are ones that the owners allow us to use for improving OSM data, but which are still commercial products.
There are numerous third-party websites and apps that combine OSM data and satellite images, though.
