How to tag shops or amenities that sell newspapers as a secondary activity?
I found similar tagging at shop=newsagent with tobacco=yes as a secondary activity. This tagging is preferred over sells:tobacco=yes

I am not sure if tobacco should be preferred over sells:tobacco, because the former does not give context, and will potentially be used for different things, although there are currently not many of such different objects like
