אני רוצה להתחיל לתייג תחנות רכבת ותחנות רקל תת קרקעיות בצורה כזאת שמחשבוני מסלולים יצליחו ליצור מסלולים מתוך התחנות דרך כל היציאות של התחנה. רעיונות איך ניתן לעשות זאת? תיוגים שאפשר להוסיף לחלקים קיימים או פשוט להוסיף highway=footway איפה שצריך?
לדוגמה, הכניסה הצפונית של סבידור לא מחוברת כמו שצריך ולכן בחישוב איזוכרונים מהנקודה המסומנת מתקבל רק החלק הדרומי ולא החלק הצפוני של הפוליגון
so, if I understand correctly, you want to do a kind-of indoor mapping of the station so the actual platform will be connected to the “outside” world via all the exits?

Hi! I’m always glad to hear that there’s more interest in mapping public transportation stations 
You may find some of the stations along the 1 Line in Seattle to be helpful references!
For example, OSM data is used to enable detailed accessibility-focused instructions including in-station navigation via elevators, as shown in this route using AccessMap. Select “Directions” 
at the bottom of the page and a sidebar on the left shows the step-by-step guidance including notifications for entering/exiting the station.
All that to say - mapping station interiors is definitely possible and can have a meaningful impact! I’m sure there are other stations that are well-mapped in OSM, and hopefully others can share examples

Great initiative!
It may be complicated for IR stations and underground light-rail, but surface Tel_Aviv light-rail can be mapped easily. Now all platforms on south end of red line are not connected.
Who have local knowledge to connect them to surrounding pedestrian crossings and ways?
just a regular footway/steps, no? (different layers on both ends)

Yes, regular footway/steps - but local knowledge is required to connect the platform to the right crossing/sidewalk.
From the satellite imagery hard to say what side of platform is accessible for pedestrian and what side is blocked by some fence/block/etc.
