I found another library Olibear/ArcRoutingLibrary: A collection of problem abstractions and solver implementations for arc-routing problems which contains a windy rural Chinese postman solver and was able to use it to mark Mapillary covered roads as optional in the solver. I still need to integrate the library so it fully works in-browser.
