Road failures data on openStreetMap

Hi,

I am trying to find some failures in road network either due to disasters or accidents or may be congestion or some other natural sources on road networks. Is there anyway to find such information/data on Openstreetmaps.

Please let me know if such data available on openstreetmaps or with any other source.

With the possible exception of major disasters, those things would be too short in duration to be included on the OSM database. There may be third parties using OSM data as a backdrop to maps with such transient information.
