Just looked at some examples:

Designated shared-use paths, where pedestrians and bicycles have equal rights. Assuming that the way is tagged as highway=path, foot=designated, bicycle=designated:

oneway=yes by itself is sufficient.

I’m not sure, is it intentionally correct to say that your still aim to have simple oneway=yes in this case? I would expect similar tagging idea as in the case above it, like use oneway:bicycle=yes and oneway:foot=no (and still tolerate oneway=yes if it’s there).
