I propose the new value “guy_wire_anchor” for the key “man_made” to show anchors for guy wires (man_made=guy_wire).

This would be much better discussed together with with [RFC] Feature Proposal – guy_wire. You do not have to make a separate proposal for every single tag value.
Personally, I don’t see much value in introducing guy_wire_anchor. While mapping guy_wires has a certain micromapping appeal, they can have only one thing on the node opposite of the mast they support – an anchor. So it’s basically redundant nano-mapping.
(Not sure how much this example applies here, because not a mast and this wiring is designed to be curled in and out, but:)
This assumes the wire goes straight. Deriving “the other end” may be harder for more complex topologies: n13097098188.
I would like to point out that there are very large anchors available for guy wires like File:Thabazimbi tower - Guy wire earth anchor - 001.JPG - Wikimedia Commons. I also support micro-mapping, for example for steps on pavements and their lowering, which are urgently needed by wheelchair users.
I’ve encountered anchors without a corresponding guy wire, generally in places where a tower has been removed or shortened.
Can i already proceed to voting for man_made=guy_wire and man_mande=guy_wire_anchor ?
